Social process: learning theory has its limitations in explaining the social causes of fraud in workplace crime. First of all, the explanation of the social process: learning theory is limited to the mutual influence of social groups, which ignores the differences of individual offenders and specific goals and pursuits formed under the influence of social culture. Second, the theory fails to answer the question of why some state workers in the same environment have learned to commit crimes while others have resisted corruption (Hall & Bowles, 2016). Type again, social process: learning theory to the corruption of the interpretation of the embezzlement and bribery crime causes slightly hard, because people are self-interested, or what are the disadvantages of the animals, if not through the study, based on the benefit and the pursuit of wealth and to the use of system design flaws, behavior person to implement the possibility of corruption and bribery crime is particularly significant, did not apply the theory to explain the social cause of this kind of crime is necessary. Finally, this theory is about the general cause of crime theory, does not have the particular pertinence of explaining the cause of fraud in workplace crime. Social process: learning theory points out that crime is learned, individuals are always in a social network, and the implementation of any crime is the result of the influence of the criminal in the community by other members of the group. This theory is a systematic theory that can be used to explain most crimes (Wilhelmsson et.,al, 2012).
In summary, the strain theory and social process: learning theory respectively explain the social causes of crime from the individual and the group. The latter focuses on state workers, a particular group of professionals, serving public power for private learning in New Zealand. Both of the two types of fraud in workplace crimes have their priorities, and only by combining them can they adequately explain the social causes of the two types of fraud in workplace crimes in New Zealand. The analysis of the social causes of corruption and bribery crime of corruption and bribery cannot be included only through the strain theory, but also through the social process: learning theory.
