What HR can learn from Marketers?人力资源部能从营销人员那里学到什么?
银行业似乎在传统的人力资源领域经历了一场风暴。在当今社会,将营销理念与招聘制度联系起来,如何留住能为公司做出巨大贡献的人才,显得越来越重要。本文主要列举了人力资源可以从营销中借鉴的两种方式,即引入品牌和在招聘中创造优势。人力资源部应该更多地了解他们的品牌,了解他们是谁,他们能提供什么,掌握一定的营销知识来处理多变的业务。只有这样才能使招聘跟上时代的发展,实现企业的成功。
It seems that banking industry witnesses a storm throughout traditional HR. Nowadays,  it becomes more and more important to relate marketing philosophy to recruitment system and how to retain those talent who can make great contribution to company. This article lists mainly two ways that HR can borrow from marketing, that is described in Bringing the brand and Creating the edge in recruitment. HR should know more about their brand, about who they are and what they can offer, and grasp certain marketing knowledge to deal with changeable business. Only in this way can recruitment catch up with the development of times and achieve the success of business.
本文列举了各种各样的例子来说明仅仅关注传统的人力资源方法是不够的。他们必须使自己具备营销知识和向营销人员学习的能力。我认为这一点非常令人印象深刻,因为我从未将这两件事联系在一起。在我看来,人力资源部是一个专注于招聘的部门,而市场营销部是一个处理数据和分析的部门,它不能有任何共同点。这篇文章给了我这样的想法:如果你想跟上时代,你就不能停止前进。
This article lists various examples to state that it is not enough to focus only on traditional method for HR. They have to equip themselves with marketing knowledge and the ability to learn from marketer. I think this point is very impressive for I have never relate this two thing together. HR, in my mind, is a department focus on recruitment, while marketing, a department dealing with data and analysis, cannot have anything in common with it. This article gives me the idea that if you want to follow times, you cannot stop to move forward.

From the end of the article, I know that two things which seem to have no relationship can create great success if they are combined, just like HR and marketing, which have had mixed successes. This makes me think of our career. As employees in 21 century, what should we do to survive, not only in banking industry? Based on gaining enough knowledge on our department, we should also stand on the position of the whole company and get to know how does it run, then we can absorb practices and methods in other department to make contribution to our work, which means a great opportunity for us.
