Nowadays, with the development of times, managers become more and more comprehensive and get more knowledge of recruiting stuff compared with HR. This article is composed of five questions and explanations, which will give us a clear understanding of Talent and HR. When hiring someone, managers should consider various like which schools do they come from, what are they education background, then comes the question of putting them into the right position. Since these employees have already been hired, then managers have to strive hard to retain them, so they have to work out best solution to attract employees. In order to do a better job of hiring, a smart manager will gather a small group of talents with high quality and put them into the right position. Above all, this article states the knowledge of HR and how to manage recruitment work.
这篇文章中的一个观点让我觉得非常有意义,并且引起了我的思考,那就是“雇佣一个竞争对手公司的明星员工很少能起到帮助她在该公司表现出色的支持结构,这并不能让她跟得上你的公司。”我曾经认为,一个有很强的管理能力的人,无论她呆在哪家公司,总是非常有用的。我读完这篇文章后,改变了主意。公司的经营需要一个团队而不是优秀的个人。如果经理不能把人才放在正确的位置上,那么没有合适的老板,员工就不能走很长的路。
An opinion in this article appears me a lot and arises my thinking, that is “Hiring a rival firm’s star employee rarely works—the support structure that helped her shine at that company doesn’t follow her to yours.” I used to think a person with strong ability to run things will always be very useful no matter which company she stays, while after reading this article, I change my mind. The running of a company needs a team instead of excellent individual. If manager cannot put the talent into the right position, then without a right boss, employees cannot walk long.
这篇文章也让我想到,当我们申请一个职位时,如果我们失败了,就不要失去信心和勇气,因为有时候这不是因为我们不好,而是因为这个职位对我们来说不是最好的。如果我们改变立场,站在经理的立场上,我们就能理解。所以,对于所有求职者,不要失去信心,要有毅力,然后你就会成功。This article also gives me a thought that when applying for a position, if we lose, don’t lose our faith and courage, cause sometimes it is not because we are not good, it is because this position is not the best for us. If we change our position and stand on the position of manager, we can understand it. So for all applicants who are searching for job, don’t lose your faith, be perseverant and then you will succeed.
